Beginner/Intermediate Equipment Class

This Beginner to Intermediate Equipment Class is for those who have attended beginner classes, understand the basic terminology, can efficiently engage their core, and are ready to move from foundational exercises to more complex, flowing movements.  This class uses Reformers, Towers, and/or Chairs.
