Intermediate Pilates equipment class uses Reformers, Tower, and/or Chairs offers faster-paced, high intensity workout for those with foundational knowledge. It features complex exercises, quicker transitions, and varied spring resistances, strengthening core stability and coordination through movements like Short Spine, Teaser, and deeper, more dynamic stretches. Must have experience doing Pilates and ability to work beyond the beginner level without limitations.
