Mat Pilates Class is a low-impact, mat base, full-body workout that strengthen the core, improves posture, and increases flexibility using body weight as resistance .  Class focus is on controlled, precise movements, deep breathing, and mindful movement to build strength and stability, suitable for all fitness levels.
